This hot tub cover seems to be an excellent purchase. It is such good quality and appears to be waterproof. I’ve only just purchased it but the fit and quality of the fabric is great. It also has good fastenings to enable tightening for a snug fit. I would say that it is great value for money.

I bought this about a year ago. We have a hydropool tub so not a cheap buy. When it was empty (we winterised it as don't use it in the summer so didn't want to waste electricity) we realised water was getting through the cover every time it rained. It's not possible to know this when the tubs full. We had trouble balancing the water chemistry and I think the rain water wasn't helping. We bought this and after fitting noticed two things. Firstly the water chemistry became a lot easier to manage as rain water was kept out. Secondly there was a noticeable drop in our electric costs probably because of the additional insulation provided by the cover. It's paid for itself a couple of times over. We fitted it over our hot tub cover and it stays on all the time. When the tubs in use it folds back with the cover as it fits nicely under the top lifter. So overall an excellent product that really helped in our hot tub management and costs. Would thoroughly recommend. It does fade over time but I don't care about its appearance. It's the job it does that counts. I'll replace mine with another when it wares out. That's the best compliment I can pay it.

Bought this to replace a thermal cover I bought of eBay this is far superior. My hotub is really well insulated but we had issues with the rain getting in the hotub through the cover this cover stops this which in turn saves money on running costs and water balance. Highly recommended.

Though our insulated hot tub cover does a good job we realised outdoor conditions - rain and sun were taking it’s toll and it doesn’t stop rain seeping through its centre seams. We looked for a cover that could weatherproof our tub and cover, which was also easy to remove and replace during use. We eventually found this one. I was reticent at maki g the purchase having read some reviews that said it wasn’t waterproof as they found water under the cover. I can say our experience is that it is waterproof but in cold conditions the naturally occurring evaporated moisture from the tub condenses on the underside coldness of the cover. But it doesn’t let rain in and overall keeps out both rain and drafts. Also it stays in place even in high wind conditions. We find it ideal for the purpose it’s made for. I don’t normally write reviews but we spent ages, and good money, trying to find a quality cover so hopefully this helps others in the same position. We’re pleased with it.

We have had several covers over the last 20 years and this is by far the best and covers the originals which always deteriorate in time. It's smart enough and rejuvenates the appearance at a fraction of the price of the originals at £400. Great appearance and a tough fabric . Recommended .

This is a smart looking cover and fits my hot tub perfectly. First impressions were pretty good. The fabric is quite tough & sturdy and I liked the fastening clips and elasticated pull string for a more secure fit. There was a small area of rather shoddy stitching but this wasn’t enough to warrant the inconvenience of returning the product so I decided to keep it. I purchased this during the summer months when it was pretty dry weather. It wasn’t until a few months later when we had a good downpour and I discovered the cover was letting water in through the seams. On closer inspection I noticed an area where the taped seam on the inside was misaligned and had missed covering over the stitching. Consequently the seam itself wasn’t waterproofed and water got in. I contacted the manufacturer as this item is covered by a 3 year warranty so I was hopeful of a repair or exchange. They were very unhelpful and in the end they stopped replying to my emails. I notice from other Amazon reviews that other people have also had the same experience regarding warranty claims when purchasing this through Amazon.

Identique à la description - super produit. Emballage trop faible et arrivé abimé (sachet plastique) Mais pas de dommage à la couverture. On l'utilise pour un jaccuzzi intérieur et il y a une odeur genre peinture... Je suppose que cela va partir avec le temps.
