Beautiful wine glasses — the glass is thin, delicate, and very elegant. Unfortunately, one glass was broken during transportation, but the seller was extremely helpful and replaced it quickly with no issues at all. Very happy with the product and the experience. Highly recommend.

2 glasses were thin and well made, 2 were thick with uneven bases so the glasses rock. Returned.

These are a STEAL for how beautiful they are. Truly crafted well, which isn’t to say that they are super sturdy. They are extremely delicate, and there is a particular charm about that. So, yes, they will break if you knock them about carelessly. But these aren’t meant to be durable. They are meant to be graceful. UPDATE AFTER ONE MONTH: The more I use these, the more I love them. The size is PERFECT. For comparison, I also purchased two other kinds of red wine glasses from Stötzle (“Grand Cuvée” and “Revolution”), and they were fine. But these ones diffused the most intense aroma by far! They are slightly smaller in terms of capacity than the Stötzle glasses, but I don’t mind since it clearly makes the wine drinking experience more sensorily enjoyable. I might add that very bulbous red wine glasses look a bit...pretentious, not to mention oddly proportioned (top-heavy?). So, even though these felt so thin and delicate, I decided to keep these and return the Stötzles. And you know what? They are deceptively sturdy. Despite the fact that they feel so lightweight in hand, and everything about them is so gracefully thin, THEY SURVIVE A LOT. I have had numerous instances where I was SURE that a bump or knock would have AT LEAST cracked one. But no. Flawless strength. Of course, they are glass, so you can’t drive a Land Rover on it, or hit it with a hammer and expect the hammer to just bounce back without breaking it. BUT, I am now a believer in the merits of titanium crystal glass - it really is a different kind of glass. You know how your sodium borosilicate French press is surprisingly sturdy for how thin it is? This is like that, only stronger! Which I say is deceptive, since it has almost as much clarity and brilliance as lead crystal, and we all know how absurdly fragile that stuff is. I have nothing but compliments to extol the merits of this glass. Beautiful, artfully crafted, makes wine smell better, comes exceptionally well packaged, delicate-feeling and shockingly strong. AND IT IS ECONOMICAL!! Buy them. UPDATE 2: After dinner, on Mother’s Day, I was washing dishes when I accidentally knocked one over onto my granite countertop. It was empty, and all who were present saw the cup part bounce against the countertop about three times. On the last bounce, it bumped against the one next to it, which also proceeded to tip over, only to bounce a few times. Neither of them broke! Miracle? Only the miracle of science.

As soon as I picked up the box, I could hear the glass all broken inside. Thank god I heard the broken glass inside and didn’t open the box quickly or there would have been glass everywhere!
