Excellent multivitamin without Vitamin D. I chose to supplement Vitamin D during the winter months only here in Ohio. This is one of the few quality multivitamins without vitamin D. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste, no burping.

My dad has been using these multivitamins for quite some time. He prefers these over other brands since they don't have vitamin K, which apparently can mess around with blood pressure medications. I wish there were more brands that created these types of vitamins.

It is a good multivitamin I think i bought this because it didn't have Vitamin D in it. Mine went high with a script. It works and no additional Vitamin D. It also doesn't have iron or Vitamin K which is I think its main thing for clotting purposes.

Unfortunately I am unable to submit what I wanted to communicate about my reason for selecting this product because I violated the Amazon guidelines. I am not sure which guidelines I violated.
