Awesome product, used its daily in summer for flavoured water. Best for party drinks as well tap is nice and sturdy so far. value for money

Ne pas couper les fruits en trop petits morceaux pour ne pas boucher le robinet (mais se découche très facilement). Belle qualité

Since we received this item, I have been experimenting with different flavored waters, floating cucumber slices and mint leaves, or lemon slices and mint leaves. The water looks so appealing in this container. The spout is solid and leak-proof.

Works well for our home brewed Kombucha. Easy to assemble and clean and a good size for fair price.

Love the Kilner dispenser. This is ideal for continuous brewing kombucha as the spigot makes it easy to dispense the tea without disturbing the SCOBY and stirring up the dregs (spent yeast) at the bottom. No mess, no mucking about and minimises the chance for fungus and moulds to contaminate the precious SCOBY and remaining tea. I sterilise the jar by removing the spigot and silicon washers, washing in warm soapy water and putting it in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Let it cool down before refitting the spigot and filling it with tepid sweetened tea. Never ever fill glass containers with very hot water. I read in some 1-star reviews the their jars cracked, which unfortunately is due to user-error. This is not a manufacturing fault, it’s down to simple physics - Google ‘thermal shock’ to learn more. Unless the glass container is made using ‘borosilicate glass’ e.g. test-tubes in science labs or ‘Pyrex’, all glass with break when subjected to sudden temperature changes.
