LONDON FOG Newcastle Set of 4 Piece, Rose Charcoal

I had given away my old luggage set and needed a new set. I chose this set because I remembered the London Fog brand from years ago as a very reliable brand though I had lost touch. I remember having a London Fog trench coat years ago that lasted for ages! I had no idea they carried luggage. Well I'm glad to be reacquainted because this luggage is the most beautiful I've ever owned and I've owned a lot of luggage (Samsonite, American Tourister, and a couple luxury name brands and value brands scattered here and there). I wanted something that was a bit feminine so I chose the rose/charcoal colors and I'm telling you the pictures don't do it justice. But that's just the beginning. This luggage can take a whacking...our family is rather hard on luggage. This luggage is not only beautiful it is very sturdy...and all the inside pockets and storage is so well thought out. If this luggage looks appealing to you in the advertisements, buy it...you will be elated when you see it and use it. I've got a feeling this is the last set I will need to purchase for myself. Probably the only brand I will buy as a gifts for family and friends from now on. Thanks London Fog!

Arrived in time for my trip. Lovely color .Well made but one handle came loose and I fixed it with my own screw when I got home. Also I used scotchguard on each piece before I traveled. Checked luggage can get dirty when its fabric!

This is one of my 4 luggage sets which are hard to find these days. I enjoy the style and the uniqueness of the luggage. I can find my luggage on the luggage carousel. No problem with this set but, the only thing that I would like for luggage anywhere to be offered in the "inline" wheel option. That way you can connect and pull more that one piece of luggage at the same time.

Love the suitcases, but the only thing that could be improved upon is the zippers on the suitcases.

I seldom leave reviews, but feel compelled to this time as this product has several major flaws that are not apparent until it is used. The zippers are of poor quality and attached in such a way that they are easily snagged in baggage handling. They are not protected as they should be and were on my well used decades old Samsonite luggage. During it's first airplane trip the zipper snagged and of course was pulled apart leaving the contents exposed. The restrainer straps do little to keep contents in place. They are located too close to end of suit case and do not crisscross as in better products. The smallest bag, designed for under the seat storage, has what at first glance appears to be many useful pockets, but again the zippers are so poorly placed they don't open and close easily. Many of the pockets are so small and tight, they hold next to nothing. Not easy to use to hold those documents you need rapid access to like passport, boarding passes, wallets, cell phone etc. For it's size, it is relatively heavy because of all the material used to make useless pockets. On the positive side Amazon customer service was great and offered a resolution exceeding my expectations.

This brand new set came in great condition but missing a screw in the biggest bags handle. Contacted London Fog immediately and only got generic or computer generated responses. This went on for months. Finally I threatened them that I will file complaints and blow it up on social media and they came back that my purchase was thru and unauthorized seller (Amazon itself) and they would do nothing!! They will never get another piece of my business!!! Shame on them !! Blown away !!

The rose charcoal luggage was beautiful when it arrived but after one trip it is filthy. I should have known because of the type of material but I took a chance. Also, after one trip, a wheel broke off the 20” spinner. I have emailed customer service at London Fog regarding a replacement wheel so waiting on their response. I guess I just expected more since it was almost $400 for the set. Lesson learned.

Purchased for cruise. Beautifully made. Very roomy. Wheels are like floating on air. The color is classic. London Fog has not let me down. I love this product.

No me gustó que no es igual al que se muestra en la foto, en lugar de la maleta para debajo del asiento trae una bolsa o mochila que no se puede jalar. Ese era uno de los complementos que yo buscaba en este set de maletas. Todos las otras maletas muy bien. Cómo le podemos hacer para obtener esa maleta faltante?

Purchase this set of London Fog Luggage for my son. I know how picky my son's taste is but I thought I would take a chance. This set of Luggage is well made and was more on the masculine side. My son loved the set of London Fog Luggage and the Luggage was a keeper for him. If you are hesitating don't as London Fog is a Fabulous Brand name and I considered the price for this set of Luggage exceptional.

I was really happy to find this set at such a great deal but a little disappointed when the 4th smallest piece was the 17 inch cabin bag instead of the 15 inch 2 wheeler roller under seat bag. Still happy with the set but the description is inaccurate.
