Arrived Damaged but Quickly Replaced
The first set of trailer tires and rims arrived with damage, which was disappointing. However, the seller responded quickly and sent out a replacement set right away. The second set arrived in perfect condition and was well-packaged to prevent shipping issues.The tires and rims themselves look solid and fit my trailer perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and they have performed well on the road with no issues so far. The tread is in good shape, and the rims are free of defects.While the initial damage kept me from giving a full five stars, the excellent customer service and quick resolution made the experience much better.
