2nd Helmet Setup Freecom-X
Bought this kit for the second helmet, it installed easily. The setup was easy and the Freecom-X is a great system with high quality sound.

Richer/fuller sound than standard JBL 40mm speakers.
This is a second set for my Cardo Freecom 4X, The 45mm speakers aren't much louder than the standard JBL 40mm's, but the sound is noticeably richer and fuller. Buy when on sale. Just make sure your speaker pockets are large enough for the 45mm speakers to fit. Two of my four helmets allow fitment.

Great way to add comm to additional helmets
This is a great way to install a comm unit in a second or additional helmet without having to purchase the sending unit, as well (you can transfer the sending unit from helmet to helmet, as this kit contains the mounting bracket). The JBL speakers provide a much 'fuller' sound than the standard speakers and, at 40mm, fit most speaker pockets in helmets (as opposed to 45mm speakers).

Use higher quality double-sided tape!
This a great addition for the 2nd helmet. Like the speakers and it's an upgrade from the standard speakers on the less expensive kit. Losing a star for the double-sided tape they choose to use to mount to the side of the helmet. For this and the other helmets I have this same setup, I've had to remove the tape and replace it with a higher quality tape to get it to stick.

Great sound
Have a Sena Bluetooth and one speaker was going bad. Decided to switch it for a Cardo and OMG what a sound difference. Since I am a lone wolf rider, I only need to talk to my passenger for now. I also like that you can switch it with a freedom without changing out the hardware if I start to ride with a group. Installation took about 20 minutes so not too bad.
