Lovely rich flavour and melts perfectly — just the right consistency for dipping. Super convenient pack of four and ideal for sharing with friends. Tastes just like proper Swiss fondue!

I use it to make seafood au gratin..make several at a time and freeze them (shrimp, scallops, button mushrooms, etc)
