Brilliant inspiring woman, and book

Was hoping for some specifics. I am the same age as Joan when she started and also not in good health. I thought..this it ..the book I've been waiting for. But not a single exercise plan mentioned that I can see. No I can't afford to sign up for the "program". Wish I could give it more stars because it was interesting as it stands but it wasnt the book I was hoping for.

I bought this book being in my early seventies and although pretty good for my age any help with exercises and dietary advice would be most welcome. That is not what you get with this book. It is a description of her journey not details offering exercises etc. A complete waste of money. I was very cross.

As with other reviewers I found nothing helpful or practical in this book, I have already sent it to the charity in disgust. I am of similar age and disposition as the author and was hoping for a bit of guidance.

I didn’t gain any knowledge or inspiration. Not what I expected at all.

What a badly written, disappointing book. I’ve read it cover to cover to ensure I didn’t miss any gems of wisdom, but it either is so far removed from the average person (who has a fitness guru daughter to support them?), or who gets to exercise in sunny Mexico rather than the cold, rainy UK where you can’t afford to put the heating on? It is very badly written too. Nothing of use in this book at all. I wouldn’t waste your money.
