I use monolauren when I notice my tongue getting pasty. Sugar is a problem, and I usually avoid it, but you never know, but the tongue doesn't lie. I have always had a vulnerability to overgrowth of yeast. This helps, I just take it in small amounts at first and then build up. I have used many brands and some are stronger. I am currently taking three capsules a day. It does help to bring down the yeast. There is a lot of information online about monolauren and the immune system. I learned about it years ago when I started treating myself as though I had chronic Lyme Disease. It was then that I started to feel better in general. You may not be able to get a diagnosis, but if you do all the natural remedy things recommended for lyme patients anyway...and it works? Great! It took about three years to get out of the weeds, but maintaining a level of function has been easier since discovering lyme and considering it as a possible root cause of my issues. I'm not cured, but I feel so much better. If you think you are ill be sure to start slow with a low dose on any supplements and be prepared to rest. 5 stars great value.

It tends to round up that which is causing the problem to get it excreted from the body. I think this is a very good supplement.

Works for as long as it’s in your system. For best results take daily, unfortunately it seems like it’d be for the rest of your life in order to feel good everyday, so not ideal. Time to schedule the doctors appointment that I’d been trying to get around.
