It increases sugar level ,cannot continue it for long
First 1 kg pack help me gain 1 kg of weight thank I ordered 3 kg pack , the next 2kg of mass gainer help me gain only 800grams of weight ,this is because of maltodextrine or simple carbs that destroys your gut bacteria and digestive system , after consuming it you will notice sweet salaiva in your mouth and that felling becomes a fear of diabetes with passing days ,I will recommend to take gainer which got complex carbs ,I founded such carbs in mb mass gainer which have barley malt extract ,and it also have digestive enzymes and probiotics , but if you still want to use on take along with it yakult yogurt buttermilk to aid your digestion

Mainly bought it to gain weight and increase daily calorie intake.Thought chocolate flavour will taste good..But taste is not that great with water.
