NAC + ALA helps one fight oxidative stress emerging out of personal mental or physical health conditions. There is also option of GlyNAC which is used for sleep. It does help relax mentally. Can't say much about this brand or the authenticity of its claims tbh.

Excellent stuff. I had several issues relating to inflammation in my body and taking this has been a huge change. Its good quality supplement and I have repeatedly bought three times till now and seen good results. Make sure (if you tolerate) to have it on empty stomach in morning for good absorption. If you develop gastric issues(nausea or something), then of course you can pair with food.. it may reduce the amount that gets absorbed but that's still a way to consume. But, do your own research for your specific case and get tested by a physician to monitor usage first.

I would always have a reaction to other NAC's from good brands ive tried, would make my skin itchy and red. This is the only NAC ive ever had that ive been able to tolerate! Kudos to trexgenics for making such high quality products at reasonable prices

Every company selling nac supplements should mention the fact that nac start to smell really bad after some time...it's natural due to its high sulfer content..I threw almost half of my bottle a year ago because I didn't know it.....I wish the company would've mentioned 😕

When I took this tablet I had severe digestion problems. I told this to my doctor. After looking at the supplement, the doctor said that it contains magnesium stearate.It is a flow agent which creates a lot of digestion problems. Therefore I will not use this supplement again and as per Amazon policy I cannot return it.😔😔
