This was very easy to install and it works perfectly. It keeps my floors at a constant 75 even during winter. My feet are toasty.

Instructions for wiring were clear enough for a person with some experience in wiring. Found that the mat laid flat best by hooking up the mat, turning it on, and weighting it with the flooring temporarily on it.Provides a nice heat in my office, one of the colder rooms in my home. Paired with a thermostat that kicks on before I get there, the floor feels good in stocking feet. Plan to purchase this for another room in the house.

I bought this for my mother in law. She had a cold bathroom. We covered it with a longer runner. She is delighted with the result.

Be aware that the mat does not come included with the wall mounted thermostat. It only includes the mat and wire leads.
