I love this shower screen it is absolute top tier quality, it is a little stiff to move and fold at first but gets easier pretty fast

Easy to install, great value for money. Came with all fitting’s. the screen is light to move but holds onto the bath securely. It gives my bathroom a lovely finish just what we needed.

I like the convenience of the way it folds and the chrome look adds a finishing touch to our bathroom. The fitting instructions stated to leave a 10mm gap at the bottom but we found this left a slight gap on the seal which then caused water to drip over the bath, we then had to take it all down and drop down a further 2mm. This definitely wasn't a case of us being poor DIY'ers as I even asked a neighbour who is in the trade to check I'd not been a numpty and not measured correctly and he even said it was measured perfectly. So for what you're getting here is a better look in terms of detail of the look but you can actually get the same thing for much less.

Extremely satisfied works great and easy to use

The box it arrived in looked like it had been chucked around. When I opened it, I noticed a couple of bits of plastic hanging off. Didn’t realise what they were. When I mounted the screen on the wall I realised it was the plastic joints in the screen panels. All 4 joints were cracked or split. Totally unusable. I contacted NES who were brilliant. They apologised and I had the option of a refund or a replacement. I decided to take the refund. I’ve a screen like this but thought the chrome would be nicer. Certainly more expensive. The joint plastic just seemed very brittle, so I decided against a replacement. My current screen has better quality plastic in the joints. Refund on the way and I asked if they could arranged a courier to pick up the defective screen as it’s 20kg and I can’t just take that to my nearest service point. So disappointment with the screen but top marks to Charlotte and customer services at NES.

I have not had this fitted yet. It arrived quickly and was very,very well packaged. I opened to make sure everything was intact. All contents were present, and so far I am really pleased with the quality of the screen.
