My kittens love blue buffalo

I tried the Blue Buffalo Wilderness Wild Delights Meaty Morsels wet food for my cat, and she absolutely loved it. The texture is soft and meaty, and it smells fresh — not like some other canned foods. I like that it has high protein and no artificial stuff. My cat finishes the whole portion every time, so I’ll definitely buy it again.

The item itself is fine. My complaint is about the delivery. Package was left outside my open gate 2 nights ago. It was not in a “secure location “. It was only a few feet from the street.

The chunks are soft and easy to break up if necessary. My 16 year old male enjoys the addition to his other canned food. I tried Blue Buffalo because it was one of a handful of recommended wet foods that had the nutrients he seemed to be missing in his regular food - the ONLY wet food he will eat after months of trying different varieties. Doing research I found that one of the reasons he had started ingesting his poop, was a lack of certain nutrients. After approximately 6 weeks with first 2 tablespoons a day and now a quarter of a cup, his stool has improved and he no longer eats it. May sound gross, but if you own a pet - dog or cat - you're probably familiar with this icky behavior. Bottom line, worth the money and my guy is alive and, knock on wood, asks for his food.

The only reason that I am leave a 3 star, is because it is a good product. My cat just didn't care for the chunky food. I just recently acquired him, as he was a stray. He has become quite picky tho. The pate' he really likes, just not this. He will lick the juices off and leave the meat. I winded up giving to a couple of dogs that are not being fed properly by the lousy neighbors, so it's not a total waste.

Try to keep the Kcals/kg under 1000. It was a bit late in the cat food game when I realized cats that are fed wheat/corn/grains will develop Feline Diabetes much more rapidly. Cats only eat raw meat in the wild and feeding them anything else is contributing to their rapid decline. I found this brand was a better compromise.

Our cat (a Maine Coon) scarfs it up in record time. Quite obviously his favorite.
