Not a USA MFG product.
Assembly Instructions were awful. The components were out of square and had to be hand formed to fit. The drawers do not function smooth. Not the item I was expecting to receive.

This is complete junk!
Let me start this by saying I have never written a review for anything before. I just completed assembling this cart with the completely worthless directions. The fitment of pieces is horrible, the drawers are cheap and flimsey and the lock catch doesn't work. Immediately after assembling it, I'm planning on selling it, because it's not worth my time to disassemble, repackage and return it. DO NOT BUY THIS, I wouldn't trust putting a welder on this thing and rolling it around the shop. I thought I could save a few dollars buying this cart and modifying it to fit my needs. Don't make the same mistake I made, it's not worth $50 forget about $140

Don't buy this
This is not a quality product. When received, one wheel was broken. I had an set of lawn mower wheels I used instead.The spot weld on one of the drawer slide track wasn't good and the track fell off in the box. I had to weld it back on.
