It does not say in the description but I have been running them through the dishwasher without any problems.

Are these whisks good to mix powder supplements in a cup of water?

These are not the whisks I purchased; I ordered the whisks with silicone - which would be too large for mixing in a glass.

Do these work well with dry ingredients like flour and spices?

That's exactly what the metal mini ones are for and idk how I ever lived without them. A fork just isn't sufficient and regular size whisks are way too big to just stir together three or four seasonings.
