For a pre-2016 Aeron "classic" chair you would probably want this H3 original headrest if you are up to 5'11" or the H4 if over 5'11" (all this from the Amazon product descriptions.) The H4 claims to have a larger "pillow" area. I have the post-2016 "remastered" Aeron size B and the H3 remastered headrest works perfectly with that.
