Works wonders!
I have tried so many different over the counter products to help with sleep and this is the best I have found. I take it about and hour before I expect to go to bed and within 30 minutes my brain finally stops going crazy. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night unless I really need to use the bathroom. When I wake up I'm not foggy at all, I'm ready for the day.

Helps Me Sleep and Stay Asleep
I’ve been using Nature Made Wellblends Sleep Longer for quite a while now, and honestly, it’s the only thing that helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy, which is such a relief. The only downside? I really don’t want to go without it because my sleep just isn’t the same. If you struggle with staying asleep, this might be a game-changer for you like it was for me!

Best melatonin
Even though they are expensive, these are the best melatonin for my older kids because they work well and unlike the Gummies don’t require a second toothbrushing.

Very large, but effective
The tablets seem to work, but they are very large and should not be split. I have to split them so I lose most of the extended release feature.

Sleep Is Precious
A good night's sleep has been evading me for years. This is one supplement that I'm glad I found. Unlike most melatonin, it seems the more often you take it, you eventually need to increase your dose. When I got to 10 mg melatonin (in gummy form) it eventually stopped being effective. This is different and is a time-release form. The pill is not too big and shaped so it's relatively easy to swallow. I started using this and found I slept better throughout the night. (Used to be if I could fall asleep, I'd wake up around 3 am, but couldn't get back to sleep.). With this supplement, it's easier to get back to sleep and falling asleep isn't as difficult as it used to be. It's a keeper and, if you have trouble with sleep, it's the first product in my sleep toolbox that I'd recommend. There are a lot of sleep products out there and some are not friendly to the fixed income seniors like myself. Spend your money on this one, it won't break the bank!

Groggy
This is a lot of melatonin. I take 2-3 grams most nights. I took this last night because it’s a weekend so I figured I could sleep in today. I could barely wake up. Woke up around 8 hours after taking, drank a cup of coffee and went back to sleep. It’s now the night after and I am still exhausted. Can barely walk around or function. A good option if you want to lay around all weekend.

**BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SHELLFISH ALLERGY**
This actually did help me sleep, however, I am suspicious that the calcium carbonate source in this sleep aid contains shellfish derivitives. I have a shellfish allergy and this product caused a near anaphylactic reaction with my first use. Shellfish is the only allergy I have that would cause this reaction, and I have used the other components contained in this product individually without issue. I have written the company for clarification about their calcium carbonate source but have not received a response. Though it would be most responsible to clearly label any potential allergens, the FDA does not require supplement companies to list mollusks, including oyster and clam shells, as potential allergens. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY***
