A very sharp knife, perfect for cutting steak as serated knives should not be used on steaks as they tear the fibres of the meat.

We have been using these knives for about a month. They are fabulous!We were thinking to use them only for steaks but they are so beautiful, sharp and pleasant to hold that we have been using them for any meal ever since.I believe these knives make a good gift as well, because the box is really pretty and they are well packed and look luxurious.The only "downside" is that they are not dishwasher safe, however it is not really a fault, because any quality knife should be handwashed.

Good weight and size, well balanced and cut through well done steaks like the proverbial knife through butter. Highly recommended.
