I love this stuff! I have never been ‘regular’ in my life. Until now. I have taken the other version of this without the prebiotic. It was good. But this is much better for me. I ‘go’ once a day or every two to three days. Not normal. I take 4 every morning and like clock work I go every day

Does the job

This is what I took for over a decade. Recently I switched out of necessity to a product that can be dissolved in water and drank because I needed a much larger dose of dietary fiber daily. But assuming you don't need a very large amount, this is a great product. Flavor/odorless, easy to swallow gel caps.

This product is amazing. It has done everything it started.
