This product has really made a difference for my hair and nails — stronger, shinier, and just healthier overall. I get it in chocolate flavor and add it to my coffee every day, and it mixes super well (no clumps!) while giving my drink a delicious taste. It’s become part of my daily routine because it doesn’t just taste good — I can feel the benefits. My hair feels thicker, my nails are less brittle, and I look forward to that extra chocolate boost in my morning cup! Very difficult to mix in with every and any beverage I have tried - hot or cold. I finally figured it out though: add the product to a dry cup and then pour in a small amount of boiling water (a couple tablespoons or so?). Then quickly stir (I like to use a fork). Now go ahead and brew or add your hot coffee on top and stir. Side note: I also like to preheat my creamer in the microwave before adding to my coffee so it all starts and stays hot longer. So yes - I did try mixing this with my hot creamer - and that was just a big gloopy mess and not a solution. Once mixed in properly this product does taste great! Nice and chocolatey and even with enough sweetness to it that I am able to greatly reduce the amount of sugar I add to my coffee now. Not to mention not having to also add liquid chocolate (and calories) to get my chocolate fix in my AM coffee. If I’m going to mix this with some cold brew then I follow almost the same steps as above: mix well with a little boiling water and then add my cold brew and creamer and stir again, and finally enough ice to balance out the heat from the boiling water.

Tastes great with any kind of milk you use. It’s really chocolately and blends nicely, especially if you use a milk frother to blend it in. One canister comes with plenty of servings - great addition to breakfast time meals or as a standalone treat. I’m on my third can of this stuff! Nails feel healthier for sure and helps me feel full.

I pair this protein powder with Dr. Bergs Collagen, so it is easy to drink, I feel hydrated, no stomach discomfort, the texture can be dissolved with warm water, there maybe some texture, I find it easy and satisfying to drink. AND I cannot say how wonderfully effective they both are when combined, I get all the collagen peptides

This powder is great. It tastes good, and mixes in well with other ingredients. It works well as a shake additive. It does help sustain energy. The price was higher than expected, but my local warehouse stores haven't been stocking it lately. It seems like it's been out of stock in large sizes since they changed to the cardboard tubes.
