I have nearly finished my first bag of Kidney Restore BioFiber (Acacia gum powder) and have had encouraging results My eGFR has improved by 12 points and my doctor also reported improved numbers for both BUN and creatinine. I mix the Acacia gum powder in my coffee each morning and can not taste any difference. Also, I have not experienced any side effects.

This fiber helps me a lot. No more constipation plus my gfr keeps going up. No more heartburn also. I'm just happy with it. It is very easy to take.

I purchased this product on 4/5/2023 and it came two days later and I tried it the same day, which was one tablespoon and then the next day I did two tablespoons twice a day. When Monday came I started doing 1 1/2 twice a day to equal up to three tablespoons a day. So I have been taking this for a week now and it has been giving me a lot of gas since starting it, but I think it's work. But how do you know it's working though? But I do think this is a good product and I'm going to keep taking it to help with my kidney function. Praying that my number go back up and I can began enjoying life like I want to. I'm on three different blood pressure meds so hopefully with this product it helps lower my blood pressure so I can cut down on some of the meds. I will give an update in about two weeks to see how it is going. But for right now, I like it and it is a must buy. Update: I haven't seen no improvement yet, but I'm gonna still keep taking it. Has anyone seen improvement since starting this? Please let me know. Thanks Update: I had to stop taking this fiber because it had me so gassy every time I took it. I was taking two tablespoons a day and it did have my stomach bloated that I didn't hardly have a bowel everyday. I still a lot left but I'm not going to be taking it anymore.
