What an incredible buy! I only buy 4+ star rated products and this mattress was not even rated, but I read the vendor information thoroughly and decided to take a chance. I'm sooooo glad I did! This mattress arrived today tightly packaged in a box and I could not wait to put it on our guest bedroom daybed. When I removed the plastic wrap (very tightly wrapped) it literally expanded in an instant. The quality lives up to everything the vendor said and more! Now, I am about to open the full size one and put it on another bed. By the way it arrived 4 days ahead of schedule and my husband said there was no way it would get here from New Jersey to Washington state in 7 days, but he was wrong because it's here!! Don't buy a more expensive mattress take a chance on this mattress. It's super comfy and organic too!! I was so excited to open the box that I didn't take before pics, but I will post pics of the box and packaging for the full size one later.

I have an old back injury, a herniated disc. I can still function pretty well, but have occasional bad days. I was told a firm mattress would help, so I got one. HUGE mistake! It aggravated the issue and made things much worse. I looked a several low priced mattresses, since my funds are limited, and saw this one. It said it has coil springs for good support and is still soft, AND said it was a good mattress for people with back issues. I ordered it and the site said it would arrived 2/27 or so. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it, on 2/23, which impressed me. I followed the directions and put it on my platform bed, cut the plastic, and watched it expand to full size. (or, in this case, queen size) It feels great! I slept on it last night and I had no pain on pressure points like my elbows or hips, and I slept very well. It has good support, but is soft and comfortable. You don't sink into it like quicksand, either. I am VERY happy with this mattress and very surprised at the quality of it for the low price. Also, it is the complete queen size, too, not an inch or so shorter like some other imports.

I swapped my daughter's bunkie board mattress out for this one due to constant backaches and after the first night, no more backaches. She has raved about this mattress so I tried it myself. THE best mattress purchase I have made to date and that's coming from a person who purchased a very expensive memory foam mattress that I hate so much that I'd rather sleep on the floor. By the way this thing is heavy and it's a twin. Very good mattress.

I read so many reviews of different mattresses before I chose this one for our son's new bed. I am very pleased to report that as soon as we opened the package, the mattress immediately popped right into place, no droopy sides or corners. We still let it sit for three days before we used it. Our son is extremely happy with his new big-boy-bed, been sleeping in it for about a week or so now. Seems comfortable, although I haven't slept on it myself, but I don't have any complaints from simply laying on it. I never bought a mattress like this that comes shrink-wrapped, so I was definitely really nervous about it not expanding properly, but I was so relieved when it opened up right away; I actually didn't even get to see it open because my husband opened it and I had my back turned for a moment, and bam! It was already done! So, I am submitting the review because I am just delighted we didn't have any issues with it taking shape!

I am pleasantly surprised with this mattress. I had a small budget and some of the product reviews said it didnt feel like a true pillow top, but when you lie on it, it does. This mattress is soft if you just sit on it, but if you lie down on it, it is firm, and supportive, and I was having horrible spasms from my old mattress the day it arrived, but the next morning after sleeping on it, the back spasms were gone. If you have back issues this is great. I am not normally a back sleeper, but I lie down on my back and fall right to sleep on this one. This is great. I am probably going to get another when it comes time to. For the price, I cannot even compare the value to a more expensive one - it is way more comfortable than $800 mattresses I tried out in a department store. So happy!

First of all after opening and letting the mattress fully come into itself, I noticed that it wasn’t even looking like the mattress I ordered . But I gave it 36 hours to fully open and when you lay on the mattress it crunches and you feel the inner springs or whatever is on the inside of this mattress. This was a gift for my eight-year-old grandson and he can’t sleep on it and I would not ask him to. Super super disappointed.. I have contacted support and left several messages, hoping that one of them gets red and they get back to me. I’m not sure how this item can be returned as it is already been opened, and the vacuum of the mattress has left it a twin size. I sure can’t get it back in the box. .

I liked it because it's organic/natural. This is not a lush pillow top. I was looking to buy another one and was surprised when I read this one was indeed "pillow top". I can feel the springs. My bones feel crushed together when I sleep on my side. A foam mattress feels better.
