I purchased this to light up a Halloween scarecrow in my yard. The unit arrived on time and easy to set up. It charged in full sunlight for a full day, but lighted for about 1.5 to 2.0 max then went dark. This cycle repeated daily for 2 wks up to Hallween. Its sensor works well, it comes on at dark, not dusk, and has a low and high power setting. I used the low power to try to make the charge last longer. When it has power it works well and did the job for me. But if you are expecting a multihour light, I would not choose this spotlight.
