This is NOT hard to put together, but it will take you a while. Just keep the faith and read the directions closely. I got this one used and I wouldn’t even know the difference. Had all the pieces and no damage. Great size, quality and value for the money.

For the price this a really good cabinet. I'm good at DIY but found the assembly challenging. The instructions are drawings without explanations. I put it together myself and the directions say it takes two, so there's my qualifier. There was one pre-drilled hole in the wrong place. It's in one side of the cabinet where the rails for the drawer attach, so watch for that. It thought the connectors were very good. Overall, I would buy it again for its appearance and price.

I’ve been looking for a shoe storage cabinet to put in the entryway of a bi level house. If you’ve been in one, you know how small the entryway area is and it’s between stairs. This one was the right size. It doesn’t look bulky and it still fits the shoes that I usually keep at the door. For reference, my husband wears are size 12 and his shoes are huge, so they only fit sideways. I wear an 8.5, so my shoes fit in normally. That being said, I can fit 6 pairs of shoes in the cabinet, which works for me. The drawer is a bonus, and I’m planning on storing gloves and hats in it. The cabinet was a little taller than stated, it says 39” and a bit, but when I measured it, that top brings it to 40” and a bit. That extra inch made it look a little taller than I would like, so I had my husband cut an inch from the legs, and now it’s just right. I know people complain that it’s cheaply made, but that’s just how furniture is now, for this price that’s all you get no matter where you shop, so all in all I’m pleased with it. It looks stylish and I would recommend. The instructions are alright, at first I thought something was off, but then I realized that I just didn’t read it right and put a piece in the wrong direction (that’s why some say some screws are too short, they aren’t.) Me and my husband put it together in about 45mins with a screwdriver. Yeah, I wanted one from IKEA, but for this I had to drive 2 hours and this one will work just as well.

Nice furniture but not easy to assemble. When done it is sturdy and looks great.

I absolutely LOVE my cabinet!! It was so easy to put together and it is the perfect size. I put mine in the bathroom where I had limited space but needed something for storage. I have a little vase and candle on the top part; It holds a few bathroom towels on the first shelf, that is not closed off by the doors. Then, which I love... I am able to put all of my hair products and utensils on one shelf and then all of my makeup and skin care products on the other. It is so nice for guests not to have to see all of my clutter! The paint is a beautiful shiny bright white which goes perfectly with the navy blue color I have on the walls. It's extremely easy to keep clean by dusting weekly and using a damp towel to wipe. I'm SOOO GLAD i bought this! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

One, buttom front piece has a small dent in it. Two, instructions for assembly are fair; not very good. Note, when installing drawer glide use the second to last hole on the back side otherwise drawer will not go in all the way. Three, very unstable. The buttom would be better if it had a piece similar to the top to hold the cabinet together. Must use the back panel to slightly stabilize the cabinet. Four, the shelf inserts to adjust the shelves with are useless. They stick out too far making it impossible to level the shelf. You must use regular, straight shelf knobs instead. This is a huge minus if you actually want to use the adjustable shelves. Five, one of the doors is slightly bent. So, I am wedging something in between underneath in the hope of leveling the doors.. Lastly, the drawer was easy to assemble. This cabinet will work to store my Blue Ray movies, but don't use this for heavy stuff. I expect this cabinet to last maybe about 5-7 years. God bless!
