Bandages/Patches like these are the only things that really work and this product here is the cheapest ones that work that I have tried. The pairs are very thin so can be veryeasily stored in a wallent or under a phonecase. in your sock or under your headband. For the frequent long distance runner, this product is a staple for sure. give it a try, may be too small for larger than average areoles

I've been using these for a few years. They stick very well through long runs and do their job protecting the nipples from chafing. Even hold on well in very wet conditions. Might try the size up (3.5cm) next purchase.

Very comfortable and extremely efficient against runners nipple chafing. Can be removed easily by applying few isopropyl or ethyl alcohol drops between the patch and the skin.
