Easy to swallow

I’ve been taking these for a couple of years now and they’re one of the few that I have had such a good reaction to.

Seriously…SO many pills per day. If you don’t really look, you think it’s a great deal that will last over a year….but you’ll get like 100 days out of it and of course it’s the kind of thing where you can’t really feel much of a difference over other more affordable options that only require a single pill per day. If you can afford this stuff, then absolutely go for it….assuming to can handle taking like 5 additional large pills every day. It’s clearly high quality. If you have a tighter budget, then there are more affordable options available for you.

I needed calcium gluconate. Difficult to find. I hope they work and hope they do pills with more than 240mg. Almost too big to swallow but necessary if you need them.

My doctor recommended that I up my calcium intake, and I have had success with Freeda vitamins in the past. These calcium gluconate pills are easy enough to swallow, but the recommended daily dose is six tablets, which is a lot to take. Those 6 pills only gives you 23% of the daily value, so if your calcium is very low, you may need something higher than this. They didn't leave any aftertaste or bother my stomach, even when taken on an empty stomach. I do appreciate that these are kosher and vegetarian and overall, it is a lot to have to take six of these a day, but I don't mind too much since they aren't difficult to swallow.

Looks like the calcium capsules are easy to swallow.

I buy calcium gluconate for my plasma donations to help with side effects ; and I need it within a week so I bought this one ; usually I buy another brand but it wouldn’t get home on time so I choose this one; this calcium gluconate wasn’t good at all, it didn’t help. I wont buy and it went to the garbage. Pills easy to take. Regular size, no after tasted.
