These are average sized gelatin capsules that are easy to swallow. I was a little worried about spending my hard earned money on this supplement for fear that it might not work for me. After a couple of weeks thinking about it and doing my research, I did order it. I am so glad that I decided to try it because it has worked better for me than any other supplement that I have taken for increasing muscle size and strength. I did not lose any weight while taking this, nor was I trying to lose any weight. I did gain several pounds, but the gain was because of increased muscle size. I definitely did not put on any extra fat with this supplement. I do feel like my focus increased while weight training. The capsules did have a unique smell to them, but I was never able to taste anything unusual after swallowing them. I did recover from my weight training sessions quicker than what I usually did when taking other supplements. These work better for me than any testosterone boosters that I have taken, and I have tried all of the popular ones, as well as some that I had never heard of until I bought them. As I write this review i’m ordering my second bottle. I’ve been working out on and off for 3+ years, I train 5-7 days a week and I can definitely tell you that this product is legit. After 5 days I noticed the recovery and I woke up feeling like a million bucks. It took about 10 days to start noticing the increase in strength. Was using a very expensive brand before and thought of trying this one to save cost. I'm very happy with my decision. I find this brand more potent and affordable. 3 capsules is enough to endure my training with quality, unlike the more expensive one I use 6 capsules.
