I have been using this for 15 days. I notice if I take one in the morning it makes me really bloated all day. So I would take it only at night time and would wake up feeling slim but now all I feel is bloated and feel like it made my double chin more noticeable.

Before buying this product I have looked at other water pills products on Amazon, I saw many with the same ingredients but for double the price. This one if am not mistaken is the most affordable, four days of use and I notice a decent results, the edema in my feet is less, it did not go , but it has gone way less than when I had them, I was walking in pain, my feet were swollen to the point that it was so red and painful! it takes effect on daily basis slowly but gradually, I have also went on a diet to reduce my weight and something I noticed is those pills some how seems to work on curbing my appetite ! Not sure if it’s supposed to be the case, but I feel different and I don’t crave food as much! If you expect immediate results from these capsules then nothing is going to work for you, just give it a little time and you will hopefully benefit from this! Take as recommended, I take two a day! I also noticed that this product doesn’t make me take a lot of trips to the bathroom as when I was reading other reviews about, it’s just how I normally go and I do feel better. I hope this helps !
