I was a bit skeptical about how well this grill would cook. However, it has out performed all my expectations. It grills everything from chicken to salmon perfectly and does a great job on veggies. There is no smoke in the house. Wish I had gotten one years ago. Easy to clean and fits in a standard cabinet when not in use.

This is a great electric grill that is mostly smokeless if you add the required water. Used on a boat instead of the propane type grills and it served me well. Although it does get hot it helped to put the glass cover over the grill during at least part of the cooking process. Nothing bad to say about this grill.

It's easy to assemble, easy to use, not messy, doesn't smell, doesn't make smoke in the house, convenient.

Very nice grill. Love that it comes with a lid, the handle on the lid is a bit cheap but is an easy fix. Can fit a good amount of food on the grill. Heating does seem a little wonky sometimes but overall it works well and gets the job done! Lots of parts to clean only the grate part is more difficult to clean.

We got this to replace the one that stopped working (we used it that much!) The husband insisted we had to get the exact same one as before, and when I saw that it had the option of coming in red I snatched it right up. He loves how easy it is to clean, too. Definitely a quality product and well worth the price.

Excellent product. Mainly needed it to cook hamburgers again at an apartment. Smoke is virtually non existent and cooks evenly. Super easy to clean too! Still recommend cooking on the patio for burgers but that’s just for the smell. Look forward to kabobs and steaks soon.

Just received it and used it to make pork chops and Brussel sprouts on the grill last night. It tasted awesome! Read the directions and do the prerequisites they suggest to get the grill and griddle prepared, as well as the "dry run". After making a mess of it everything cleaned up exceptionally well and easy. It was the first time, but hoping the trend continues. If it does I will be more than happy with the price vs use. Side note, even though it has a fan for smokeless cooking, the odors are still strong if used inside. There is no carbon filter, just a fan to keep things moving...

Works very well specially the smokeless part it is excellent for grilling indoor that’s includes chicken, burger, and other stuff. The nonstick is excellent. I would definitely read the instructions before using it. The electric wire that comes with it is extremely short so you may need to order one of those wires that can handle 1500 Watts. Cleaning up is a pain however I rather clean this than my gass grill outside.

It's well made, easy to clean and seems like it'll last a reasonable amount of time. I have cooked beef burgers on this grill and they came out great, the fat collection system works very well and the cleaning routine it straight forward. Chicken and peppers also cook perfectly, with much less mess than beef burgers. Using this product is so easy that it would be great for kids to learn to cook on. A benefit of buying this model over others is the included glass lid - this component prevents fat from spitting all over your surfaces and clothing. I recommend following the seasoning instructions for the actual cook top/grill section closely, you NEED to do this step otherwise your grill will not perform at its best. There are reviewers here that clearly failed to follow instructions and as a result have left bad reviews, which are not true to the products genuine performance. The only cons I would like to see remedied in a future model would be a longer power cable and a higher temperature. I don't believe the markings on the control panel are true to temperature at all, but this is merely a preference; it does absolutely get hot enough to cook food all the way through.
