Can i connect my 2 5 1/2 and 2 6 by 9 and 2 tweeters make rms on each channel will be 60 w so is this safe for my speakers?

Yes, but to be honest, the amp is junk, i went thru 2 of the same amps and the 1 and 2 channel blows, so my next amp i might try something else!!!

Will this amp run 2 12" Infinty 1200 watt subs?

It can but won't go down to 20 HZ effectively. This amp is more suited for highs & mids. Better to get a sub amp to power subs.
