Normally, I'd go through cycles, from normal stool to extreme constipation to diarrhea, but one bottle of this will reset your entire digestive system completely. Even in my extreme case, a single bottle is typically more than I need, so don't feel the need to finish it. And if you need a little more support, alternating with the regular GoL brand will cover you for extended periods (6 months to a year, at least). Trust me, if this works for an extreme case like mine, it'll work for anyone, and is much better than eating 'active culture' yogurts constantly!
