I recently purchased this item on September 23 so it could give me more motivation to work out. I like to use the ball when I’m doing sit ups because it makes me sit up even more as I do have a bigger stomach and when my husband catches it, he throws it back to me and it helps me go back down without any issues. I like the 6 pound weight, it is the perfect weight for me as of right now since I am barely starting to work out again. My husband also uses his ball when he does wall squats. He sits against the wall low as if he was sitting on a little chair and hold the ball out straight in front of him and he holds his core. My kids also love it to roll around the house lol! I recommend anyone who is wanting to start off easy with weight loss get this medicine ball because it is definitely worth it and I know I will be purchasing we have your balls here soon once I start getting my strength back.

Bought the 6 and 10lb for physical therapy and normal exercises. The balls seems pretty sturdy and I am able to keep a good grip on them easily whether it is with my hands, arms, or legs. I was concerned that they would be slippery but texture enabled a good grip. Overall pretty satisfied with my purchase.
