The chair came a day earlier than expected which was great. I spent more time unpacking it then I did assembling it. There’s a total of 4 bolts and 4 wing nuts. That’s it. I think people are just being picky or whiny when they say you can feel the massagers pressing into your back. I sat in the chair for about 2 hours after assembling it and yes I felt them but you forget they are even there after 5 minutes. Also all these people saying if you weigh over 150lbs this chair isn’t for are wrong. I’m 200lbs and was very comfortable and still had a little wiggle room. The chair feels good quality and is sturdy. The only things that could be improved are the remote feels really cheap but it works as it should, it slides a little on our hardwood floor but I put a small rug under it and fixed that, and it’s a little slow to recline. This is a great chair for the price all together. That’s my honest review

Just what we needed. It does everything. Lifts, reclines, massages, heats, etc. Terrific chair and the covering we chose is just right, a soft blue, didn't want leather (too cold) or big fuzzy cloth (too warm), what we got was just right. Not too big, fit where we wanted it and very quiet while running.

Great chair....just the color is darker than the bright white picture advertised. The color is more like a bright tan color. Comfortable for 5 foot 7 inches or shorter. My feet hangover but, still comfortable firm cushion! The massage and heat is amazing. Please dont be intimidated by the big box delivered:-) lol! The box is 33 inches by about 31 and a half inches. There is only like 6 things to put together. Not to much! Instructions are crazy easy to understand! Easy assembly

We paid three times more for a similar chair than this one. It’s very attractive and works well. It was easy to put together. It’s a great deal.

So I learned an expensive lesson with this purchase. The whole experience started bad. The product was late for no reason. In fact, I would not have ordered it had I known the shipping date would not be met as there were many other products available had i not been concerned with time. I paid about $100 more for this product because it was supposed to arrive in time for a birthday, yet it was two days late. The product itself is not worth the money. The cushions are very dense and hard and the motion range of the chair is not sufficient. It does not swivel, by the way so this may be important to some people. Also, the chair sits higher up off the floor so that older folks may have a hard time sitting in it and more importantly getting out of it, even when it deploys up. The real lesson was learned when I requested a return - which they are fine with granting. Then you find out it costs as much as the chair to return it! So now I am stuck with a product that is NOT worth $425, was delivered late, and no feasible way to get it back to the seller. When I reached out to Best Choice Products they were zero help, which surprised me because I have bought from them before, had problems in the past and they always hit it out of the park. Maybe they got sold or have new philosophy. "Buyer Beware" is the lesson here. You better be 100% certain this is the chair for you because there ain't no way to return it for less than $300.

Cream fabric was attractive, soft and durable Chair was comfy and moved up/down without issue. Easy to assemble/disassemble. Perfect choice for the price.

It's an attractive recliner. Does what its supposed to, but man, my sit bones were hurting within a couple of hours. Too much of a pain to send back so I will buy a gel cushion to sit on. It's heavy at 91.6 pounds. The FedEx delivery guy left it in the driveway on a rainy day. I just turned 60F and had to push and pull to get it out of the rain and I'm having my shoulder fixed in a couple of weeks (that's why I bought it). Very inconsiderate of the driver and I couldn't just leave it in the rain. It's fairly easy to put together. Doesn't come with any tools.

This is a really nice and comfortable chair. For the price, I believe we did a good selection. My mother loves the chair and after surgery it has been very useful to keep her comfortable. It is a little firm which I believe it is a good benefit depending on the use and the need. She has been using it for a week and so far we are all happy. Very easy to assemble.

Ce fauteuil est au delà de mes attentes ! Il est confortable, se nettoie super bien ! La chaleur et le massage fonctionnent très bien et le port USB est très bien placé et fonctionne . Je recommande ce fauteuil à tous ceux et celles qui en on besoin!

Dislike heater not very warm

I have had this chair 3 weeks and it is already loosing it shape, the features are great but the quality is poor. I had spinal surgery and I really needed the chair to help me in my recovery.
