I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and I can honestly feel a difference. easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste, which is usually a dealbreaker for me. I’ve noticed a bit more energy throughout the day, my skin feels smoother.

Pepper mint Burp is very uncomfortable after taking the pills. I have taken it for few times now. Little afraid to take the pills because of the long lasting discomfort of burp. I had it for more than hour.

I purchased this item last month. After 1 month of use, the supplement has started to give off toxic fumes. It smells very similar to bug sprays like HIT Mosquito Repellent. It was kept in the fridge since it had been opened. I was wondering why I was feeling sick these last few days but now I am feeling better after discontinuing use. Please DO NOT purchase this product. I still have a few capsules left which I have kept aside to use as evidence when I open a case with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

I dont know about its impact on heart,brain and bones as those are difficult to measure but Because of its anti inflammatory properties, it has resolved my IBS related gut inflammation drastically . I have tried other brands of omega 3 also but this one actually worked!

They should not have enchanced these with that awful mint flavor, it almost makes me throw up and the taste lingers so that your food taste awful.
