This product has worked well for me. Have joint issues and this cream has worked much better than other OTC products. Pain relief is quick, and it doesn't have a strong odor. I'm pleased with it.

I have tried dozens of topical pain creams and balms. This one is very nice, has a light scent, is silky and smooth. I will say as far as pain relief goes, it's pretty good. Doesn't help my sciatica much but for normal aches it is helpful. I do reapply it often.

This is an excellent therapeutic cream. It smells of menthol. It's only 3%. What I like best is that it absorbs well, and I can continue my keyboard work without sticking to the keys.

I bought this as an alternative to tiger balm, I used tiger balm daily but it’s doesn’t take away pain, it just adds heat to the area and takes the edge off. So after finding this, reading all the great reviews, reading the benefits of white willow balm and the low cost. I was sold and eager to try. When it showed up, I was skeptical all because the active ingredient is only menthol and the inactive ingredient is willow bark so as you see, I was reluctant. I rubbed this on my knees and my feet, my shoulders and my lower back. I struggle with pain badly on a daily basis and this cold weather makes it even worse. After my shower, I rubbed it on and went to bed. When I woke up a couple hours later to use the restroom, I noticed my pain was down so much that I was walking without limping. Now I will add that it lasts for a few hours and then you do feel the pain coming back but it’s nothing wrong with adding more cream and watch the pain subside. I am a very satisfied customer right now and I’m adding more tubes in my cart as we speak. Now you’re wondering why I gave 4 stars instead of 5? Well, because White Willow Balm from my research a very powerful natural resource for pain and it’s literally in the name of this product so why’s it listed on the inactive list. I’ve used products with menthol in it for yrs and nothing has ever helped me like this. Only reason I can think of is for logistics reasons. Maybe legally they can’t but this sucks because if I read the ingredients first i wouldn’t have ordered. This product is more than likely sold by word of mouth. P.s… I’ll be also ordering the White Willow capsules in hopes that it’ll work from the inside out.

This is the best pain cream I have used. I rub it in all the way for a few minutes to make sure it absorbs well into the skin. Willow bark is actually what aspirin is made from and this is why it works so well. It is easy to use and apply with a lotion like texture.
