Very sharp and holds its edge extremely well. I deboned half a moose and only had to use a honing stone once. Excellent knife and even better price.

This knife is very sharp and makes it easy to cut and prepare any type of meats or fish. I only wish I had purchased this years ago.

A week later, it showed rust stains. It still has a good edge.

Very nice breaking knife. It will need to have an edge drawn on it after you give it a bath. Use a quality oil stone and you will be very happy with this knife. I have said before, I own 3 Bolexino and I love them all. I love the shape of the handle. The color makes me sad, it is black and doesn't match the boning knife and the butcher knife I own, potatoe, patatoe, am I right. I like haow well it fits in my hand. It makes easy cuts. Very comfortable to use for hrs on end. The knife has the feel of a through blank or full tang knife, but I am not entirely certain about that. Again I like this one too. The price is very nice too!

Only used one day, cut about 20-30 lb. It lost it's sharpness.
