My finicky -- snobby -- princess of a cat actually eats this food with minimal complaining. I've tried every high dollar cat food you can think of... she'll eat it but she lets me hear about it... like she's being tortured. I got a half dozen 2-packs of this brand from the local grocery store and she ate it with no complaints. We've settled on the Pate chicken flavor with some stuff I call kitty puddin' .... (Churu) as a topping. She now meets me at the door each day to remind me it's time to eat. Apparently she thinks it tastes great... I have not tried it, so I have to take her word for it. This brand works well to control portion size. No metal cans... These are easy open plastic tray with a foil top. Amazon has this at a great price.

Sheba is a wonderful food for my cats that are very picky they love sheba patents it's worth every penny the appearance of the box is nice my cats play initial when it's empty this sheba is for cats only no dogs for longevity I guess that works not sure just know my cats love it

This product is great because it's portioned into smaller halves I can give my cat throughout the day. He really likes the flavor and devours it quickly but with other brands i have to portion it out myself which requires keeping a plastic fork around and if i give too much it will get hard and crusty and i think he doesn't want it anymore. This product solves it. So it costs a bit more but it's worth it for me. The biggest drawback is that its is not very environmentally friendly since plastic is not recyclable like metal cans are.

The perfect portions are perfect. Some people say they have problems breaking it apart but if you just bend it till it snaps and pull evenly.. I dont have an issue with that. I always get sheba because it doesn't break my bank and it has good ingredients. This large pack has a bunch of different flavors. I feed the strays in my area as well and I find myself thinking that I used up to much food but the perfect size portions let's me limit myself while feeding them so for me that's a plus.

My cat really liked the Sheba perfect portions. Their appearance of the box is beautiful and color and the food is great as she eats it all the time it does not smell the greatest but she seems to love it and that’s what counts. I will definitely be buying these more often and I highly recommend you do too.

I have an an elderly cat whose been starving herself. She was refusing to eat all wet food brands she once ate just fine, so we were trying everything. These are it. These are what she’ll eat. She went from eating nothing, and I mean nothing, She was at the point I had to swaddle her and force feed her watered down food and high calorie paste with a syringe to keep her alive, to happily devouring this pate. I actually cried the first time I opened one of these and she staggered her wobbly self to the bowl and started eating by herself. Crying over cat food. So stupid. I’ll update these stars with a more reasonable review someday, but for now I’m running on emotion and it’s a 5/5. To be honest though I hate the packaging, it can be hard to open and break apart. I’ve accidentally opened one of the portions while trying to break them apart, and I sliced my finger open on the foil once, but my cat is eating so I don’t care. Right now I don’t care about the nutritional contents, I don’t care about the sustainability of the packaging, about anything but the fact that my cat is eating again. When I wake up tomorrow she’ll wake up, too. That’s all that matters today.

Makes it so easy to feed my one small cat. He gets one in the morning and one in the evening (mixed with a little water) and I just keep a bowl of hard food out at all times for him. He seems to enjoy it. He will only eat the pate type soft food. This seems to be a great product.
