Dalstrong quality is superior, especially with the price point! Simply cannot be beaten. I managed to find this 9" carving set on sale so I grabbed it specifically for my mom's special beef roast, which happens on special occasions. Now she has a special carving set to go with the special meal! Would buy again and will keep buying Dalstrong!

Superb knife, amazing handle, and grip. Perfect feel and super sharp. I love everything about this knife and Shadow Black Series, as I'm planning to complete my set (will be adding Cleavers to my arsenal very soon). When I say it's sharp, it's really sharp guys. (BE CAREFUL). No stain issues, no fades. One downer was that it came with a scratch on the blade, everything else from the packaging, the cover, and it's presentation is mind-blowing. Total recommend.
