Oil for Vata Dosha
Whoever has dry skin even in summers should use this oil for body massage (self) before taking bath, at least every other day. This oil is recommended in Ayurveda for people with Vata Dosha. One should check Fit Tuber's videos on the topic.

The best oil for body massage ! I can’t use any other oil than this one. I really recommend it

No gaining weight
For gaining weight and decreased the excess amount of vata dosha in the body advised by ayurvedic doctor for abhyanga on all the body including hair, dropping in ears. I used this 3 bottles in 2 months but i had not gaining weight. For gaining weight also required weight gaining diet as well as good Agni(digestion power) then, this oil work well.
