These has been a big hit with my husky and shepsky. They absolutely love the taste, and it's great to see them so excited about mealtime. The ingredients and grain-free formula give me confidence that I'm feeding them something nutritious and high-quality. One of the standout features of this dog food is its versatility. It can be used as a complete meal or as a topper, adding variety to their diet. The medallions are easy to serve and can be quickly rehydrated for a delicious and nutritious meal. The only downside is that with larger dogs, we go through the 16oz bag fairly quickly. It’s definitely worth it for the quality and enjoyment my dogs get, but it can become a bit costly over time. I believe these are a fantastic choice for dog owners looking to provide their pets with a high-quality, nutritious food option. Despite the higher consumption rate with my big dogs, the benefits and happiness it brings make it highly recommended.

Our senior dog has dementia and recently started struggling with her regular food. We began sprinkling this over her meals with a bit of hot water to soften it, and she immediately took to it, she eats eagerly now, which is such a relief. I can’t tolerate the smell of canned food, so this has been a great alternative that works for both of us. Another unexpected perk: the other dogs line up whenever they see me preparing her meal, hoping for a bite. It clearly smells and tastes great to them. I also really appreciate the portioned packaging. It’s convenient, mess-free, and makes it easy to monitor exactly how much she’s getting without having to use a measuring cup.

We ordered the freeze dried and medallions August 20, 2024. The use-by date was July 5, 2024. If we’re spending this much money on dog food, we expect it to be as fresh as possible- Not weeks past the use-by date.

Purchased the Tundra Exotic Meat and Original as there were no three-pack 3.5 oz versions of the lamb available. These were ~2 in round thick wafers, not the small rectangular blocks found in the smaller packages. They will need to be cut into smaller pieces as food toppers. There were some crumbling in the package but not too extensive. The expiration dates were Dec 2023 for Tundra and Feb 2024 for Original, reasonable!

Roci really enjoyed this. We added to her evening meals. It is REALLY dry and must be moistened before feeding, just don't add too much at once. My only complaint is the cost vs amount. It is pricey, but considering the ingredients it's to be expected. If you can afford it buy it for your dog!
