It's actually one of the best magnesium I've ever tried after many experiences from low to high this one exactly what you need three pills gives you the whole intake need and it's the only one that made me feel difference in a better sleep

Good for leg cramps

Work as well or better than any Magnesium Supplement I've tried. I feel the Chelated is best. Now that I'm thinking about it I haven't had any leg cramps since starting these supplements😊

This Magnesium Glycinate works for me. Not all of them do. It takes 3 pills per serving, but I split them up morning and evening. The pills are large, but of a smooth shape and coating. I swallow one at a time with water and have no problems.

First order of two bottles came in a box together and was perfect. Second order came in two separate envelopes. The one Amazon delivered had shattered. The one USPS delivered came unbroken if not a little shaken with some pill dust evident. Replacement was sent in an upgraded envelope with more inner wrapping and seems OK although I have not removed it from the packaging. The product seems good, this being my introduction to Chelated Magnesium Glycinate. Even though I sometimes hate that ball of cotton that sometimes comes at the top of a bottle of pills, it might be a good idea for this kind of mailer shipping instead of in boxes.

Yes, this works but it has the same effect as taking melatonin where I feel groggy when I wake up. Other Mg supplements do not make me groggy but this one hits you fast. This is the first time I took chelated version.
