I, personally, really like this type of joint support, with the many benefits of being copper-lined and of such a great and high-quality, you really can not go wrong! (I have full body Arthritis, from when I was very young, that causes me extreme pain, aches & discomfort 24/7; although I like to stay fit & workout a lot, my ability to do so 'comfortably' has never existed - these particular supports provide me with that much needed 'resting-point', comfort & pain relief when I go through a deeper stage of fragility, that may arise, at random and can be progressively worse for months, like a rollercoaster that never stops. (I am 28 and it keeps going from bad to really bad to unbearable to immobile and back again). I currently have the: Elbow, Knee & Ankle Supports, all the same 'Copper' models, as I have found that these are among the only types that I can wear for extended periods of time, without major discomfort, no skin or heat rashes, no irritation & no loss of [blood] circulation/displacement of flesh - which is what I have experienced with every single other brand (including the medical-grade & ridiculously expensive variants! They just can't compete with this superior brands' quality!). They are incredibly simple & easy to use; they are premium-level quality, yet they are totally inexpensive; they last a very long time without warping (I have had mine for months & months & months) even with heavy, regular use, many washes, high/low temperatures, humidity, under stress... no loss of functionality which is much better than the medical-grade ones I have had +, that last about 2-8 weeks, before becoming obsolete!.. I can put these on when I feel any sign of degradation in my joints and I can, most of the time, reduce the risk of further injury/damage and swiftly return to a more manageable state, without causing any unnecessary damage/harm, or discomfort. Sometimes I can wear these and totally forget that they are on, as they provide the 'perfect' amount of compression, whilst rarely 'riding' up/down (unless rigorous tension/pressure distorts the positioning via force applied through walking, extension of the foot, scraping, etc..) and wake up with them still on and working perfectly (35+ hours at a time, with no re-adjustments/breaks). They have become an integral part of my recovery + further damage/injury 'protection'/prevention, whenever I feel the onset of the deeper-stages of pain/aches & fragility in my joints - they allow me to be as mobile as I can be, albeit not as much as I would like to be, because I suffer a great deal and am reliant on copious amounts of medicants to suppress the swelling/inflammation, pain + discomfort of my ever-degrading, stiff, rubbing joints - they allow me to cope enough to still do heavy weight-training and burst/interval cardio exercises without causing damage (on odd/random occasions, I may sustain a small amount of inevitable damage, but nothing like before when I didn't use these support aids!)... They allow me to feel more confident in my abilities, although not as agile as I would like to be, with these, it is noticeably a serious deal more than usual! I do not know how bad/unfit I would be without owning these, as they are the only one that seem to do the intended job (for prolonged periods of time) - besides my other orthopaedic supports + Hip Supports (for my snapping hip syndrome; stiffness & rubbing), Wrist Supports (thick bandage-style wraps for lifting weights & when my wrist/s start to decay) & my most important one, my Back Support/brace (upper, lower & full) + Neck brace.. Also my Jaw, Fingers, Toes, Feet, Hands, Shoulders (and even my ribcage/sternum pops + cracks; it all happens in stages but always is at a really bad stage that effects & controls my entire life!..) - Every single joint in my body is stiff, creaky, aching and compromised; some rotary cuffs seriously grind and rub + thud when moved! It is really nice to find some respite during these times of despair and that is why I rate this 5*stars; I 100% recommend, without a single doubt - absolute improvement in my quality of life and I can not thank them enough!!

Long lasting, gives support for weak ankles. But may have to double up if ankles need further support. Good material, washes well in washing machine. Fits comfortably over a sock and stays in place when worn with trainers etc. No fuss, just functional

These are excellent as are the knee supports, and in both you get a pair, really good quality and they say there is copper infused inside. They fit nice feel comfortable and supportive. I highly recommended

The fit us fine and comfortable to wear. Good quality but I just don't feel they ease the discomfort in my achilles tendon, which is why I bought them. The do give goid compression & support, maybe I will see a difference after using them over a longer period of time.

Want comfort and support when dealing with ankle / foot pain then these are just the job for you , wear them to support your ankles and help deal with plantar fasciitis . These are comfortable and stretch to for your feet

These Copper infused ankle supports are amazing, comfortable to wear all day and the Copper aids the ankle to heal. Good quality and value. Machine washable, easy to put on and remove without causing any pain to ankle.

This doesn't contain Copper, it's just a brand name printed on it. I found the S a bit tight around the foot at the cuff, and I don't have wide feet. It provided support for the ankle well enough. However it didn't help with a medial ligament ankle sprain as I had hoped. Having better results with KT tape

Bought these to support by broken foot which is taking forever to heal. The support the provide provided immediate relief. With the extra stability I managed to get around a lot more in less pain. Great value when compared to the branded ones. Easy to put on and take off. Very comfortable. Put mine through the wash no problem.

Before I use to have great pain when I walk or stand to long because of a previous injury but with these compression the pain is 97% gone even if i stand for hours

Amazing socks!!!! I have extreme plantar fasciitis to the point where I sometimes need a cane to walk. This sock has pretty much eliminated my pain. The first step in the morning used to be brutal, I’d have to rock into it and prepare for the pain. Now I sleep with this sock on and I get up and go without issue. These socks are absolutely Amazing!!!

Schoenmaat 44 en dus Large besteld. Het ding zit los aan mijn voet en aan beide uiteinden zit de rekker helemaal los. Oplossing voor hielspoor? Helaas niet. Er zit geen gel of wat dan ook in om schokken op te vangen of te dempen.
