I just started taking it for Recurring Kidney Stones at the Referral of a Good Friend. I haven't noticed any side effects, So far so Good

Granted I have self diagnosed gout. The first time I had symptoms, I thought I broke my toe. My foot swelled up and it was incredibly painful. A friend mentioned that my symptoms sounded like gout. I got better. A few weeks later, I ate some shrimp/prawns. They were 2 different dishes prepared 2 different ways. Anyway, that night my toe started to hurt. The pain wasn't as bad because I had started drinking cherry juice (guessing) and it improved in 2 days. Ordered these pills and began taking 1-2 per day. Still not believing that I had gout, I ate a tuna fish sandwich. Again, woke up with some pain in my toe but not nearly as bad as before. I took 3 pills and could almost feel it working. What have I learned? I probably have gout, probably triggered by certain seafood (never had any problems before) and I won't be without this uric acid cleanse. Feeling sad about the seafood but at least I can avoid it and thanks to these pills not on meds, not enduring terrible pain. Try it for yourself.

I have to admit I don't know if these really work or not. What I do know is I haven't had a gout attack while taking them so as long as I don't have pain, I will keep taking these.

I have mild gout in my feet and I get flare ups roughly every 12-18 months. When a flare up starts to happen I have a variety of natural remedies (including monitoring my diet pretty strictly) that I use and I'm usually good to go after a couple days. My most recent flare up was worse for some reason and none the stuff I normally do seemed to be working so I decided to try these. Ultimately, I don't know that they really did anything. My flare up eventually subsided but I don't really think it had anything to do with these pills.

Great supplement and effective!

Along with following a low purine diet, helped decreased my uric acid result from 12.5 to 8.1 in the month or so before my repeat lab. 6 months later I’m at 8.3 following the same diet restriction so I believe the supplement did the heavy lifting with decreasing my lab value. I’ll be going back on it for my next follow up.

It seems to help keep acid uric under the margin on my exams.
