I add 1 caplet of Resveratrol with my morning protein drink or bottle water for a little flavor and this helps my blood flow during that workout or morning walk or Assault Bike Work . ( I add 2 caplets to my drink for the Assault Bike workout) Get your primary doctors permission 1st
