Love is not a strong enough word for my feelings about this product. It smells fantastic and works like a dream...so lightweight but is giving my hair moisture and luxuriousness!

This product is amazing for my hair type (straight). Every time I use this product someone asks if I recently got a haircut or styled. It smells really nice and comes in a nice glass jar.

I love JVN so I was hoping this would work well for anti-frizz, unfortunately it doesn't seem to change my frizz at all, but it does smell great and makes my hair super soft. I like using it on my blond ends but I'll look for another product for anti-frizz. There is a LOT of the product for the price so if you're getting this for the repairing and protection aspects, I highly recommend.

I have fine, thin hair and this product does not weigh it down at all. It helps keep my hair healthy and protect it from heated irons.

I received this today. Not even 1/4 filled with product. VERY disappointed.

I just opened the jar, and it looks like half the product is missing and it’s all balled up. I emailed JVN customer care since this is my first trial of JVN products and got an AI response which is frustrating as well. I should have read the reviews beforehand so I knew what to expect. It’s like opening a really expensive bag of chips only to find a 1/2 the bag is air. I cannot reiterate enough that, for higher end products, to have to deal with an automated answer from customer service at JVN is frustrating and shows little care. I am capable of searching FAQs - I wanted human feedback. Hopefully the product is really amazing enough to counter the first two blemishes- I’ll update later.
