Fantastic idea, and very easy to accomplish if you know the following: Don't waste ink on practice impressions, the pad is only good for about 4 imprints, so ideally you'll get it right the first time, and if not there is some room for error. Use a pressing motion, versus a rolling motion. Make sure you press down every finger/toe with similar pressure as the palm/sole. Be sure not to hit an edge with any of the hand/foot parts or the impression will be incomplete. Lift the hand/foot quickly away without touching the pad with your fingers, but peel the pad away from the paper slowly. The product itself is excellent. The hand/foot prints won't look as perfect as the image shows, but they will be your baby's and they will be pretty good/great. The ink was not dry, as some reviews have noted; it was actually extremely effective. Mounting was easy. We repackaged in the original box when presenting, and grandparents thought it was professionally done and wanted to know where we took baby to have this done. There is some potential for operator error, but the product itself is sound and a great idea!

This was so simple. The footprint ink card uses plastic to keep the ink off baby’s foot. You just put the paper down, place the ink card on top, and press down. It was very simple but someone does need to hold each end. I would argue it’s not going to be easy if baby is fighting you the whole time. You’ll need one person to hold the card steady and one to hold the baby feet. If you had trouble because of this (and tried to do it solo) all I can say is, what were you thinking? The frame is nice, very solid and clean. I have no complaints. Great product and I recommend it to others.

This is a really sweet little frame. I bought one for my first child and it worked great - very easy to use without getting ink on anything, and we were able to get a really nice footprint and handprint. It's one of my favorite keepsakes from my now 2yo's early months. I'm having another baby (this month) so I threw this on my registry. I'm really excited to display both frames together once the new baby hits 6mos (the age I did the first one) and we get her prints. It's usually about $20, but goes on sale occasionally for about $15 on here - just have to watch for it.

I love this frame! I bought this along with several other white Pearhead frames because I knew that they would look beautiful on my lilac colored bedroom walls. This white colored frame appears modern and is versatile with different color and decoration schemes. It is heavy and appears to be of good quality, worth the price I paid. I like that the frame includes several cards for hand stamping. Other frames I have did not have the cards so if baby wiggled there were no "do overs" and the picture mat would be ruined. I also like that no ink touches baby's skin.

Awe it's a shame this photo frame only received a 2 star review from another mama! This is the same frame as before, which had many more reviews and average of 4 stars, but now it has "My Little Prints" written in silver instead of a sheet of ~20 cardboard rip aways of different phrases in both English and French such as "My First Prints" etc. It comes with a no mess ink pad and 4 footprint cards (6 inches long). The ink pad is only ~4 inches, so my almost 6 month old's foot is almost too big for the ink pad, but it did fit (it was fine when I did this with the previous version when he was ~ 2 months). I just wish it came with 6 footprint cards instead of 4 in case there are mess ups. They give you two sets (a hand and a foot for each set), but if you don't get it right on 2 footprints or 2 handprints, there's no extra cards. I feel like a 3rd card would this frame even better (I could just make one myself, but the ink only lasts so long, and mamas have little time). The 2nd set will not be as dark as the 1st set. The other weird thing is the photo in the frame shows a baby sitting up in his own; if my almost 6 month is sitting up on his own and his feet hardly fit, I'm wondering how the advertised babies feet fit... All in all, great frame, and matches the previous version (not available on Amazon anymore) so we can put it next to his cousins prints at grandmas! And this baby print set was MUCH EASIER than the clay hanging keepsake plaques - which I messed up 3x molding the clay myself and got so frustrated I had to give up! Love this idea. Originally did this years ago with my first child and this year did it again for my 2nd. It’s a cute way to remember what your little one looked at ‘X’ age as well as how ting their little hands and feet were. It’s easy to put together and hang up. Only pain is when you are initially trying to get the hand/foot print and having to re-do it over and over. But that is of no fault of the company. Instead I’d like to add that the “putty” stays moist in the process with the constant re-doing of the imprint and the rolling of it out each time. Great way to remember a memory of your child(ren).

We bought this picture frame to cherish a memory of our son, and we've been very pleased with it since we hung it on our wall in 2017.

I bought this twice for my own 2 babies and also gave one to a friend as a baby shower gift. Absolutely love this. I did the hand and footprints when my kids were very young - maybe 3 weeks old. Do it when they are sleeping and/or groggy from a feeding. Practiced a couple times using my own paper then went for it on the cards they provided and turned out so so cute. I ended up taping the prints into place on the underside of the frame (not shown) so they would stay in place and not move around. Highly recommend this for mamas and as gifts for mamas-to-be.

After some time, the sticky pads give in and you can't stick it back on. I can't replace it either as it will rip the grey backing.

Habe das Bild mit meinem fast 5 Monate alten Sohn gemacht und es ist wirklich sehr schön geworden! Ist super schnell gemacht, sodass er nicht lange still halten musste! Wirklich sehr schön, nur zu empfehlen! Der Preis ist auch auf jeden Fall angemessen!
