This is so easy to use and easy to read. Works great at 90 degrees or extended straight. Also love the hold button to get a true verified temp from sampled meats or vegetables.The additional remote pride is grea fo enclosure in the oven for turkey, hams, or roasts. I also use mine to make cheese and candy.I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Love it!!
