My doctor recommended this to help with leaky gut. I mix it with sparkling lime water and it tastes really good! It mixes easily and doesn’t need continuous stirring. I am not sure it changed much for my digestive issues, though.

It’s from the product line of Dr Amy Myers. She is an expert in thyroid diseases and issues associated with the gut and autoimmune disease. It was convenient to order her product from Amazon because I was shopping for several things and once.

This product did wonders for my gut but I began experiencing muscle cramping and my iron labs came back with my sat and circulating iron super low. I have iron issues so I’ve been working on it and it didn’t make any sense. Turns out that the bovine IGG (immunolin) in this product chelates iron so it’s grabbing it once it’s in your blood and moving it out as much as it can. Just be careful with your iron if you take this. It truly did work for the gut but I have to go back to the original product without the “max” to take it consistently. I love Amy Myers and her products, it would just be very helpful to know what potential negative effects to expect with products.

It took most of the packaged to get what I wanted to go, but I got there. My gut is in much better shape and I ordered another bag. Good product.
